    Who is a Support Specialist?

    A technical support specialist is an expert who is engaged in technical support for already released products of the company, considers applications from consumers, or other technical support engineers. Technical support specialist works in the technical support service (Technical support, Helpdesk, Service desk) or a service structure that solves user problems with computers, hardware, and software.

    Responsibilities of the Technical Support Specialist

    The main task of the technical support specialist is processing the user’s requests: clarifying the user’s accounting information and briefly describing the issue. You consult customers on information technology issues, triage customer queries, instruct users to solve issues, and know the company’s product information.

    Basic requirements for a Technical Support Specialist

    • Well-bred speech.
    • Intermediate + English level.
    • To be a confident PC (MS Office) user.
    • Have learnability, be able to find information quickly to solve issues.
    • Supportive communication skills and the ability to express thoughts clearly.
