The Remote Employees team is looking for a Technical support specialist with English proficiency for remote work in IT.
A technical support specialist is an expert who is engaged in technical support for already released products of the company, considers applications from consumers, or other technical support engineers. Technical support specialist works in the technical support service (Technical support, Helpdesk, Service desk) or a service structure that solves user problems with computers, hardware, and software.
The main task of the technical support specialist is processing the user’s requests: clarifying the user’s accounting information and briefly describing the issue. You consult customers on information technology issues, triage customer queries, instruct users to solve issues, and know the company’s product information.
